I help you get unstuck by teaching you how to work with your emotions in a way that actually changes your behaviour. Not with hype, empty positivity, or quick fixes - but with a process rooted in honesty, clarity, and personal responsibility.


Most people think therapy or coaching is something you “receive” from an expert.


I see it differently.


Real change happens when you learn how to give yourself therapy, by understanding what emotions are, how they work, and how to talk through them in the only way that actually helps.


My approach is built on three principles:


Honesty – Talking through emotions in a way that’s grounded in reality, not avoidance or self-deception.


The Loop – Identifying the unconscious emotional pattern that drives the decisions you don’t want to make (or stops you making the ones you do).


Ritual – Developing consistent practices that keep you aware, engaged, and growing long after the “breakthrough” moment.


We won’t waste time chasing symptoms or drowning in theory.


We’ll get clear on the unconscious mismanagement of emotions that fuels your problems - and we’ll work until you can see it, name it, and change it.


I’m not here to give you a new set of affirmations or a list of techniques to “stay positive.” I’m here to help you see your life as a coherent whole, to work through what’s blocking you, and to build a foundation that makes the next step so obvious you can’t not take it.

About Me


I’ve spent decades exploring how people think, feel, and change - blending insights from philosophy, psychology, and lived experience into practical coaching that works in the real world.


My path has taken me from growing up in the Middle East, joining the RAF, working as an engineer in the Automotive industry, to running yoga studios in Europe, to developing Yoga teacher training programmes.


Along the way, I’ve built courses on emotional mastery, self-esteem, and personal growth that cut through vague promises and focus on what actually creates lasting change.


I have qualifications in psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Yoga, meditation and breathwork practices.


I believe growth isn’t about “finding yourself” — it’s about building and integrating yourself. My role is to give you the tools, clarity, and perspective to do just that.
